Venison Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground venison
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. sage
  • 3 slices American Cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix together everything but cheese
  3. Mold into loaf and bake for 1 hour
  4. Turn off oven and place slices of cheese on top
  5. Melt cheese and serve
