Ingredients
- recipe for: Bran Muffins
- Serving Size : 1
- 1 1/2 cups stoneground whole meal Sr flour
- 1/2 cup non-fat yoghurt – sugar free
- 1/4 cup unprocessed bran
- 1 cup natural sultanas or raisins
- 1/4 cup skim milk powder
- 1 egg white or substitute
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple or grape juice
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F
- Combine all ingredients until the mixture resembles cake consistency.
- Place spoonfuls into non-stick muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute).
- Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
