Ingredients

  • 15 ounces (425 g) frozen corn
  • 425g frozen green beans
  • 905g no-salt-added stewed tomatoes ½ cup 80g chopped onion
  • 1 potato, diced
  • 475 ml low-salt beef broth

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours until meat is tender and vegetables soft
  3. Yield: 6 servings
