- 1 pound (900 g) beef round roast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 15 ounces (425 g) frozen corn
- 425g frozen green beans
- 905g no-salt-added stewed tomatoes ½ cup 80g chopped onion
- 1 potato, diced
- 475 ml low-salt beef broth
Method
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours until meat is tender and vegetables soft
