Tuna-Broccoli Deep Dish Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 4
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli – thawed and well – drained (10 oz)
  • 1 can tuna – drained (9 1/2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions – with tops
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup – (10 3/4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Method

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Layer broccoli, tuna, olives and green onions in ungreased 9″ square baking dish.
  3. Mix soup and sour cream; spread over tuna mixture.
  4. Mix baking ix and cold water; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
  5. Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix.
  6. Knead 5 times.
  7. Roll into 9″ square.
  8. Place on soup mixture.
  9. Cut slits to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake until hot and bubbly and crust is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
  11. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
