Sweet Potatoes And Fried Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ onion
  • 2 sausages
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 4 eggs
  • pepper

Method

  1. Take out a skillet and heat up a little bit of coconut oil on your stove
  2. Once the oil has had time to heat up, you can add in the onions with the sweet potatoes
  3. Let these two ingredients saute for 5 minutes and then add your sausage in
  4. Continue the cooking process until your sausage is turning brown and the sweet potatoes begin to soften
  5. Finally add a little water and the bell peppers before covering the mixture up and allowing everything to cook for another 15 minutes
  6. While the vegetables are all cooking, you can bring out another pan and fry up the eggs with the remaining oil until cooked all the way through
  7. Mix together the hash brown and eggs before placing on a plate
  8. Add some pepper for seasoning and enjoy
