Ingredients
- ½ onion
- 2 sausages
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 sweet potato
- 4 eggs
- pepper
Method
- Take out a skillet and heat up a little bit of coconut oil on your stove
- Once the oil has had time to heat up, you can add in the onions with the sweet potatoes
- Let these two ingredients saute for 5 minutes and then add your sausage in
- Continue the cooking process until your sausage is turning brown and the sweet potatoes begin to soften
- Finally add a little water and the bell peppers before covering the mixture up and allowing everything to cook for another 15 minutes
- While the vegetables are all cooking, you can bring out another pan and fry up the eggs with the remaining oil until cooked all the way through
- Mix together the hash brown and eggs before placing on a plate
- Add some pepper for seasoning and enjoy
