Ingredients
SERVES 6.
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, drained and thawed
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pickle jalapenos
- 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup full-fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup full-fat sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a 4-cup baking bowl
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
- Remove when brown and bubbling
- Serve warm
