Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large white onion chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1tsp dried oregano
- 1tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 can of rotel tomatoes
- optional low carb tortillas
Guacamole.:
Sour Cream.:
Shredded Cheese.:
Method
- Rub salt and pepper on the chicken breasts
- Add the seasoned meat along with the rest of the ingredients into the crock pot
- Leave for 4-5 hours on high and remove the meat when tender
- Cut the meat into strips and enjoy on a tortilla using the rest of the ingredients as desired
