Air Fryer Classic Chicken Cordon Bleu

Air Fryer Classic Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken thigh meat
  • 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 2 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
  • 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 ounce pork rinds, crushed

Method

  1. Place chicken and ham into a 6 round baking pan and toss so meat is evenly mixed
  2. Sprinkle cheese cubes on top of meat
  3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, butter, and mustard and then pour the mixture over the meat and cheese
  4. Top with pork rinds
  5. Place pan into the air fryer basket
  6. Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
  7. The casserole will be browned and bubbling when done
  8. Serve warm
