Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken thigh meat
- 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
- 2 ounces Swiss cheese, cubed
- 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 ounce pork rinds, crushed
Method
- Place chicken and ham into a 6 round baking pan and toss so meat is evenly mixed
- Sprinkle cheese cubes on top of meat
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, heavy cream, butter, and mustard and then pour the mixture over the meat and cheese
- Top with pork rinds
- Place pan into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
- The casserole will be browned and bubbling when done
- Serve warm
