Smoked Salmon Cheeseball Seafood Recipe

Ingredients

• 8 oz Cream cheese
• — at room temperature
• 1/4 c Grated cheddar cheese
• 1/2 ts Horseradish
• 1 Quick shake worcestershire
• 1 t Lemon juice
• 6 1/2 oz Canned smoked salmon
• 1/2 c Ground pecans

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together and roll into a ball
2. Roll in either chopped nuts or chives
3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use
4. Serves 4 to 6 people as an hors d’oeuvre
5. If smoked salmon is unavailable use canned salmon and 1/8 teaspoon of liquid smoke
6. Use more liquid smoke if you like a stronger flavor
