Ingredients

SERVES 2.

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 (4-ounce) boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, pepper, and oregano
  2. Rub dry rub onto pork chops
  3. Place pork chops into the air fryer basket
  4. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
  5. The internal temperature should be at least 145°F when fully cooked
  6. Serve warm, each topped with 1 tablespoon butter
