Sesame Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 4
  • 10 chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger – grated
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoon raw sesame seeds
  • peanut oil – deep frying

Method

  1. Cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone.
  2. Marinate them in the soy sauce, sherry, ginger and enough cornstarch to make a thick sauce for 1 hour.
  3. Add the sesame seeds.
  4. Deep fry pieces in peanut oil at 375 until lightly browned.
  5. You can try substituting beef for the chicken.
