Rhubarb Splash Recipe
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz lime juice
- 1 oz basil syrup
- 3 dashes rhubarb bitters
- seltzer.
- rhubarb.
Method
- Shake first three ingredients with ice
- Strain into a rocks glass and top with seltzer
- Garnish with a slice of fresh rhubarb
