Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • to taste salt
  • to taste Chili
  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • oil.

Method

  1. Wash and finely slice mushrooms.
  2. Slice onion fine.
  3. Heat oil and add turmeric and onions.
  4. Fry until soft.
  5. Add the sliced tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes, stirring all the time.
  6. Add the mushrooms, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Remove cover and dry out all the water.
  8. Serve hot.
