Portuguese Lemon Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- shavings of 1 lemon.
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 cubes margarine or butter, melted
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Flour, enough to make the dough hard but not too hard
- Put in oven on 300 degree oven for 15 minutes
- Keep an eye on them, they cook quickly
