Ingredients
- 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
- 225g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- boneless pork loin chops
Method
- Mix soup, onions, and mushrooms
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce
- Pour half of mixture into slow cooker
- Place pork chops in slow cooker
- Cover with the remaining sauce
- Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours or until meat is tender but not dry
- Yield: 6 servings
- Per serving: 174 g water; 173 calories (27% from fat, 55% from protein, 18% from carb)
