Pork Chops With Mushrooms Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (280 g) low-salt cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup (160 g) chopped onion
  • 225g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • boneless pork loin chops

Method

  1. Mix soup, onions, and mushrooms
  2. Stir in Worcestershire sauce
  3. Pour half of mixture into slow cooker
  4. Place pork chops in slow cooker
  5. Cover with the remaining sauce
  6. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours or until meat is tender but not dry
  7. Yield: 6 servings
  8. Per serving: 174 g water; 173 calories (27% from fat, 55% from protein, 18% from carb)
