Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 750 g low-salt spaghetti sauce
- 115g Cheddar, shredded
- 115g mozzarella, shredded
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- ½ teaspoon fennel seed
Method
- Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat and crumble fine
- Combine beef and remaining ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours
- Yield: 12 servings
- Per serving: 80 g water; 219 calories (58% from fat, 23% from protein, 19% from carb)
