Pineapple Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cans pineapple chunks
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Method

  1. Drain pineapples, mix in flour, sugar, cheese well and place in a glass baking dish
  2. Crush crackers and spread over top of mixture
  3. Drizzle with melted butter and bake 30 minutes
  4. Serve warm
