Ingredients
- Serving Size : 1
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 quart half and half
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Melt chocolate in top of double boiler or in the microwave.
- Set aside.
- Combine sugar, half and half, and salt.
- Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add chocolate, stirring until well mixed.
- Transfer to an ice cream machine and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions.
