Ingredients
Servings : 10-12 muffins.
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- ½ cup agave syrup
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup almond milk
Method
- Mix the peanut butter with the agave syrup
- Add the almond milk then stir in the flour, oats, cocoa powder, salt, and nutmeg
- Give it a good mix then spoon the batter into your muffin pan lined with muffin papers
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove the pan from the oven and allow the muffins to cool before serving
