Paradise Cream Pressure Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 2¼ cups

  • 1 cup cold whipping cream
  • ½ cup sour cream or creme fraiche

Method

  1. Place a medium bowl and the beaters from an electric mixer in the freezer for at least 1 hour to thoroughly chill
  2. Place the cream in the bowl
  3. Whip on high speed until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes
  4. Whisk in the sour cream gently
  5. Cover and refrigerate until serving
