Ingredients

Makes 2¼ cups

  • 1 cup cold whipping cream
  • ½ cup sour cream or creme fraiche

Method

  1. Place a medium bowl and the beaters from an electric mixer in the freezer for at least 1 hour to thoroughly chill
  2. Place the cream in the bowl
