Ingredients
Makes 2¼ cups
- 1 cup cold whipping cream
- ½ cup sour cream or creme fraiche
Method
- Place a medium bowl and the beaters from an electric mixer in the freezer for at least 1 hour to thoroughly chill
- Place the cream in the bowl
- Whip on high speed until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes
- Whisk in the sour cream gently
- Cover and refrigerate until serving
