One Bowl Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 1
  • 1 1/3 cups flake coconut
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Drop from teaspoon 1″ apart onto well-greased baking sheets.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Remove at once from baking sheets.
  5. Makes about 2 dozen.
