Air Fryer Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 cup cooked, diced chicken breast
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/3 cup full-fat ranch dressing
  • 1/3 cup chopped pickle jalapenos
  • 11/2 cups shredded medium Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 scallions, sliced on the bias

Method

  1. Place chicken into a large bowl
  2. Add cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing
  3. Stir until the sauces are well mixed and mostly smooth
  4. Fold in jalapenos and 1 cup Cheddar
  5. Pour the mixture into a 4-cup round baking dish and place remaining Cheddar on top
  6. Place dish into the air fryer basket
  7. Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
  8. When done, the top will be brown and the dip bubbling
  9. Top with sliced scallions
  10. Serve warm
