Mustard-Lemon Aioli Pressure Cooker Recipe
Ingredients

- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- pinch sea salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons coarse-grained Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Method
- Using a mortar with pestle, mash the garlic with the salt until a paste forms (or mince the garlic and mix it with salt)
- Transfer the garlic mixture to small bowl
- Mix in the remaining ingredients
- Will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 days
