Mini Quiches
Ingredients
- 15 mini phyllo tart shells
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and put some oil over the quiche dish
- Put phyllo tart shells in the baking dish and in each shell put one tsp of Swiss cheese and half a tsp of bacon
- Whisk egg, half-and-half, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper lightly in a bowl and put tsp of this mixture in each shell
- Add contents to your baking dish
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the top of the quiche is lightly brown in color
