Millionaire Pie Recipe

Ingredients

• Serving Size : 12
• 2 cups powdered sugar – not sifted
• 1 stick margarine – softened
• 1 Egg
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 3/8 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 cup drained pineapple
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 2 Baked pie shells

Method

1. Cream powdered sugar, butter, egg, salt, and vanilla.
2. Mix till fluffy.
3. Spread on 2 crusts.
4. Chill.
5. Whip cream stiff, blend pineapple and nuts.
6. Spread on tops.
7. Chill.
