Ingredients

- 2 cups powdered sugar – not sifted
- 1 stick margarine – softened
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/8 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup drained pineapple
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 Baked pie shells
Method
- Cream powdered sugar, butter, egg, salt, and vanilla.
- Mix till fluffy.
- Spread on 2 crusts.
- Chill.
- Whip cream stiff, blend pineapple and nuts.
- Spread on tops.
- Chill.
