Low-Fat Crispy Buttermilk Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
  • Method

  • Mix together buttermilk, garlic salt, garlic and black pepper.
  • Dip chicken breasts in mixture and roll in corn flakes.
  • Bake on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.
