Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup cholesterol-free reduced-
- calorie mayonnaise or salad
- dressing
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped canned
- chipotle chilies in adobo sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- Beat all ingredients until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
