Ingredients

  • 20 ounces nonfat yogurt
  • 6 ounces low-fat buttermilk
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • worcestershire sauce, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • tabasco sauce, to taste
  • Method

  • Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a mixer or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Yield: 1 quart (1 liter)
