Ingredients

  • 1 cup (245 g) plain non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) low-carb milk
  • 85 g raspberries, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) strawberry sugar-free syrup

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and well combined

Makes 1 serving

  1. Each with 10 carbohydrate, 3 g dietary fiber, 7 g usable carbs
  2. Carb count does not include polyol in syrup
