Liver Pate Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb. liverwurst, room temperature
- 4 oz. soft cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. dill pickle juice
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dill pickle 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
Method
- Mix all ingredients well, then pour into a small oblong mold lined with Saran Wrap
- Chill in refrigerator for 24 hours
- Serve with woven wheat or Ritz crackers, or other fairly plain crackers
