Lemon Pepper Fish Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. pollock (any white fish fillets)
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 tsp. butter, melted
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. sugar Salt to taste
Method
- Melt butter in 10-inch frying pan
- Add lemon juice and sugar
- Stir
- Place fillets in frying pan and sprinkle with lemon pepper
- Over Medium heat, cook fillets for 2-4 minutes each side, turning once
- Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork
