Lemon Pepper Fish Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. pollock (any white fish fillets)
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
  • 2 tsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar Salt to taste

Method

  1. Melt butter in 10-inch frying pan
  2. Add lemon juice and sugar
  3. Stir
  4. Place fillets in frying pan and sprinkle with lemon pepper
  5. Over Medium heat, cook fillets for 2-4 minutes each side, turning once
  6. Fish is done when it flakes easily with a fork
