LEMON CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 to 3 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Method
- In a large bowl, with electric mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy
- Add powdered sugar and lemon juice; beat until light and fluffy
- Fold in lemon zest
