Ingredients
- 1½ pounds (680 g) catfish fillets
- ½ cup (80 g) chopped onion
- 1 tbsp (1.3 g) parsley
- 2 tsps (8 g) grated lemon rind
Method
- Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Place fish in cooker
- Put onion, parsley, and lemon rind over fish
- Cover and cook on low for 1½ hours
- Yield: 4 servings
- Per serving: 148 g water; 239 calories (50% from fat, 46% from protein, 4% from carb)
