Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) ground beef
- 1 cup (240 g) salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
- 1 cup (115 g) shredded Mexican style cheese
Method
- In a large skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef and drain off the fat
- Stir in the salsa and cheese and heat until the cheese is melted
Makes About 4 servings
