- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns, crushed
- 1/2 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 4 ounces Ricotta cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Monterey-Jack cheese, grated
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
Method
- Start by preheating your oven to 370 degrees F.
- Drizzle the chicken with melted butter.
- Rub the chicken with salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and ranch seasoning mix.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to a lightly greased baking dish.
- Add cheese and bacon.
- Bake about 12 minutes.
