- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup Swerve
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 3 ounces baking chocolate, unsweetened
Method
- Thoroughly combine the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Mix in the eggs, Swerve, almond and vanilla extract; beat with an electric mixer on high until everything is well combined.
- In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil and chocolate in your microwave.
- Now, add the egg mixture and mix again.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and whisk until everything is well incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a lightly greased baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 320 degrees F approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of your brownie comes out clean and dry. Bon appetit!
