Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) low-carb milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) sliced peaches, frozen
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange sugar-free drink mix powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon guar or xanthan

Method

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and well combined
