• 1 shot (1 1/2 ounces, or 42 ml) vodka
• 1/2 cup (65 g) sugar-free vanilla ice cream

Method

1. Put everything in a blender and run the blender until well combined
2. Pour into a smallish glass-a rocks glass or a wineglass will work nicely
