Keto Easy Shrimp In Garlic Herb Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pound (455 g) large shrimp, shelled (3 1/35 count)
- 2 tablespoons (28 g) butter
- 1/2 cup (115 g) light garlic and herb spreadable cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons (15.2 g) chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Make sure your shrimp are shelled and ready to go
- Melt the butter in a big skillet over medium heat and throw in the shrimp
- Saute for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pink
- Add the cheese and stir until it melts
- Your sauce will look like a gloppy mess
- Do not panic
- Stir in the cream, and the whole thing will smooth out beautifully as you stir
- Transfer to serving plates, top with parsley, and serve
Makes 3 servings
