Ingredients
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds (570 to 680 g) ground beef
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces, or 410 g each) beef broth
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces, or 410 g) diced tomatoes
Method
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef
- Pour off the grease and add the broth and tomatoes
- Heat through and serve
Makes 4 servings
