- Process the cauliflower pieces in a blender or food processor until they are about twice the size of grains of rice
To Cook.I like to steam my cauliflower rice with 2 to 3 tablespoons of water and a pinch of salt in a large covered frying pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice softens. If the water evaporates too quickly, add another 1 to 2 tablespoons.
