Keto Coconut Cinnamon Fat Bombs Recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 6.

  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil
  • dash of cinnamon.
  • splash of vanilla extract.
  • 2 Splenda packets or sugar-free sweetener of your choice, to taste

Method

  1. In a small bowl, combine the butter, cream cheese, and coconut oil.
  2. Add the sweetener, cinnamon and vanilla.
  3. Mix well until the mixture becomes smooth.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a candy mold (any shape) or ice cube tray and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
  5. Pop the candies out.
