Keto Cheddar Garlic Mug Bread Recipe

Ingredients

Servings : 1 person

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch Salt I love this Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder and parsley

Method

  1. Melt butter in a mug
  2. Add in remaining ingredients and microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes
  3. For a tall and narrow mug, you might only need 90 seconds, depending on your microwave
  4. For a wide and shallower mug or ramekin, you will probably need closer to 2 minutes
  5. Once the mug bread starts to separate from the side of the mug, it is likely done
