Keto Buffalo Hot Sauce Recipe

- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 2 Tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/4 Tsp erythritol
- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp paprika
- 1/4 Tsp black pepper, ground
- 1 to 2 dashes Tabasco (optional)
Method
- In a medium bowl, large enough to hold all ingredients, combine the coconut oil, Frank’s hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and erythritolIf using tabasco, add the tabasco along with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using)
- Whisk all ingredients in bowl to incorporateTaste for seasoning
- Add small amounts of vinegar and keto sweetener if spice is too strong, or if flavor doesn’t seem balanced
- Transfer sauce to your preferred storage containerCover and store in fridge until needed
