Ingredients
Serves: 4.
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoons instant oats
- ¼ teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoons Stevia
Method
- In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the almond butter to the saucepan followed by the instant oats, cinnamon and stevia.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into candy molds and place in a freezer for 1-2 hours.
- Remove from the molds.
