Imperial Cheeseburger Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 4
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups onions – chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick. baking mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tomatoes – sliced
  • 1 cup cheese – shredded

Method

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In 10″ skillet, cook and stir meat and onions until brown.
  3. Beat rest of ingredients, except cheese and tomatoes.
  4. Add all ingredients in ovenproof pan.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, test for doneness.
  6. Place cheese and tomatoes on top and cook for 5 to 8 minutes more.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
