Hot Rum And Fruit Punch Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 475 ml rum
  • 9 L apple cider
  • 475 ml cranberry juice
  • 1¼ cups (250 g) sugar
  • cinnamon stick
  • 1 tsp whole allspice berries
  • orange, studded with whole cloves
  • 1 cup (235 ml) rum

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into slow cooker
  2. Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then on low 4 to 8 hours
  3. Serve warm from cooker
  4. Yield: 12 servings
  5. Per serving: 207 g water; 232 calories (1% from fat, 1% from protein, 98% from carb)
