Ingredients
- Serves: 8
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, peeled and cut into strips
- 14 oz can coconut milk
- 1 oz dry onion soup mix
- 2 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup curry powder
- 5 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- water as needed.
Method
- Add all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Stir well and serve.
