Ingredients

  • 1 pound (455 g) large shrimp, shelled (3 1/35 count)
  • 2 tablespoons (28 g) butter
  • 1/2 cup (115 g) light garlic and herb spreadable cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons (15.2 g) chopped fresh parsley

Method

  1. Make sure your shrimp are shelled and ready to go
  2. Melt the butter in a big skillet over medium heat and throw in the shrimp
  3. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pink
  4. Add the cheese and stir until it melts
  5. Your sauce will look like a gloppy mess
  6. Do not panic
  7. Stir in the cream, and the whole thing will smooth out beautifully as you stir
  8. Transfer to serving plates, top with parsley, and serve

Makes 3 servings
